Mechanism of action: The whitening ingredients act synergistically to reduce tyrosinase activity from different sites, reversibly but not destructively block, thereby safely and efficiently inhibiting the formation of melanin. 1. Whitening nonapeptide and MSH (melanocyte-stimulating hormone) rob the MC1-R receptor, making it unable to activate tyrosinase. 2. 4-n-Butylresorcinol imitates the structure of tyrosine and combines with enzymes to cut off the path of melanin production. 3. Simultaneously inhibit the synthesis of tyrosinase in B16 melanoma cells.
